Terms & Conditions
All orders are governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Pricing
All orders are firm sales only. There is no minimum order surcharge.
All prices are inclusive of GST for sales within Australia.
All rates are in Australian dollars.
2. Credit card payments
Payment will be charged to the customer’s credit card at the time of dispatch of the order or subscription.
3. Refund and returns policy
Misbound, faulty, damaged or undelivered books
Claims for faulty books must be made within twenty-eight days of date of invoice for domestic orders or forty-two days of date of invoice for overseas orders. Claims will only be accepted for books that are misbound, damaged during transit, undelivered or contain printing faults.
For misbound, faulty or damaged books, the customer is to return the title page to Wine Press. Wine Press will issue a replacement copy at Wine Press’s expense on receipt of the title page.
Wine Press is unable to offer credit on unsold or unwanted books.
Event tickets
Event tickets are fully transferrable and may be exchanged for tickets to other events in our program, provided that at least two weeks notice is provided and that places are available at the chosen event. Please contact Tyson Stelzer on 0402 821 230 for all event ticket enquiries.
In the situation that an event is postponed or cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be given the option of a full refund or a credit toward a ticket to a future event.
Subscriptions
You may opt out of subscriptions at any time and recurring billing will be terminated.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges are covered by the postage and handling fee included in each order, unless an alteration to Wine Press’s normal shipping method is requested, in which instance any additional charges will be confirmed with the customer and added to the total prior to dispatch of the order.
All Australian orders will be sent by Australia Post. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
All overseas orders will be dispatched by air mail. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
5. Subscriptions
Annual subscription to The Champagne Guide online comprises full access to member content on the site. Special content may be offered at an additional cost. A subscription continues until such time as Wine Press is informed of otherwise. A subscription may be cancelled at any time and recurring billing will cease from that time onwards.
6. Events
You must be eighteen years of age or older to attend a World Wine Discovery event.
Event tickets or gift certificates will be mailed by Express Post.
Places at courses and workshops are confirmed on receipt of payment. Payment must be made in advance.
